You can make mistakes if you stick to your goals and work towards them

Have you ever noticed that a lot of people strive for perfection?
Advertisements, career, home, relationship, self-knowledge … “get the most out of yourself” or “achieve 100% success”?

I also always tried to get 100% out of everything. Whatever I do, if it’s not perfect, it’s not good enough, because progress is only from there.
Even if I die in the meantime, I noticed more and more how much tension this kind of thinking causes in me.
I was upset because I didn’t finish my tasks because they weren’t perfect. Many of my unfinished, half-finished plans disappeared into oblivion.

To find a solution, I started to observe myself and then I can make changes.
I know where I’m starting from and I can determine where I’m going and where I’m going.

I decided 2 things:

First, is that 80% is my new 100%.
5 projects at 80% will take you much more satisfied than 1 at 100%, I’m sure of that. It is much more comfortable, more natural, gives satisfaction and joy.

Second, I measure my own development against myself, I don’t compare myself to others. I lead my development, so I can see what I have changed and achieved, and it won’t be forgotten, what has already become natural. I see others as inspiration and adapt my goals to myself and my abilities so that I can experience success.

You can make mistakes if you stick to your goals and work towards them.

How you creat your goals to make yourself happy?
