How long can you keep your summer tan? For months, weeks, days or until next summer?
In winter, when the number of daylight hours is much less, many people are sadder, some may even be depressed. This is, among other things, the lack of sunshine and light. Since light is energy, let’s put light in our body. The more light there is in our body, the more energy we have and the more brightness we can experience within ourselves.
The best way is, say, sunbathing, working in the garden or a beach holiday. These aren’t always possible, are they, so look around for what’s bright around you. A candle, a fireplace, or even a lamp? You can sit next to them and watch them, consciously breathing in their power.
The light illuminates the darkness, this is also true for the darkness inside us. If we support our body abundantly with light from the outside (recharge ourselves), then we will also have more and more light and brilliance inside. This can take many forms, better things happen to us, we become luckier or simply, we are happy.
This can be consciously applied and strengthened in ourselves. With this resource, seemingly intractable dark situations will become much easier. Call forth the brightness as a resource within you, for it is there.
It is worth looking for the light, paying attention to it in our lives and concentrating on it.
