If we look at the meaning of the word belief in the dictionary, we can see: misconception; an insufficiently founded, incorrect idea.
We run beliefs on a daily basis subconsciously.
Put down these beliefs are not a difficult task. This is not necessarily your own, but a external thought. Knowledge that is outdated, but has great power. Eg.: \”You can\’t get that much money in a fair way.\”
Would that really be true?
If you observe what beliefs you keep alive, you may also remember that no one is forcing you to do so. You can think of something else. If you can notice that some beliefs no longer serve you, you can stop them. This way you can already make changes and have a lot of freed up energy.
\"✨\"Do you have a past belief that you no longer keep alive?\"✨\"
